“Economic & Political Forecast Argentina 2023” – S. Malfesi & E. Biglione

On December 16, 2022, the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER), the Bastiat Society of Argentina, the Thomas Jefferson Institute for the Americas, the Libertarian Movement of Santa Fe (PL), and the Youth of the Libertarian Movement of Santa Fe (JPL), will host the conference “Economic & Political Forecast Argentina 2023” by Silvia Malfesi & Eneas Biglione.

Silvia Malfesi is a lawyer and full-time professor of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, and professor of Institutions of Public Law and Private Law at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Statistics of the National University of Rosario (UNR) in Argentina.

Eneas Biglione, Founder and President of the Thomas Jefferson Institute for the Americas, USA. Director of the Bastiat Society of Argentina, a program of the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER). He has a postgraduate degree in Latin American Law & Economics certified by Corporate Training and the George Mason University. He earned an Associate Degree in International Studies (Graduated with Honors: Cum Laude) and an Associate Degree in Science (Graduated with Honors: Cum Laude) from Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale, Virginia. He graduated as a Certified Public Accountant from the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Argentine Catholic University (UCA) of Rosario, Argentina. Executive Director of the Hispanic American Center for Economic Research (HACER) in Washington DC for 13 years, Latin American Senior Fellow of the Atlas Network for 6 years and alumnus of the 2008 Ibero-American Visitors Program of the FAES Foundation in Madrid, Spain. He has written over a hundred opinion pieces and has co-authored five books. He has delivered in-person lectures and training in the United States, Spain, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Silvia Malfesi es Profesora a tiempo completo de Derecho Constitucional y Derecho Administrativo e Instituciones del Derecho Público y Privado en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Estadística de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario (UNR) en Argentina.

Eneas Biglione, Fundador, Presidente y Chairman de la Junta Directiva del Thomas Jefferson Institute for the Americas de los Estados Unidos. Director de la Bastiat Society of Argentina, un programa del American Institute for Economic Research (AIER). Obtuvo un posgrado en Law & Economics Latinoamericano certificado por Corporate Training y la George Mason University. Obtuvo un Associate Degree en Estudios Internacionales (Cum Laude) y un Associate Degree en Ciencias (Cum Laude) en la Northern Virginia Community College de Annandale, Virginia. Se graduó de Contador Público Nacional en la facultad de Ciencias Económicas de la Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) de Rosario, Argentina. Director Ejecutivo del Hispanic American Center for Economic Research (HACER) de Washington DC durante 13 años, Latin American Senior Fellow de Atlas Network durante 6 años y ex alumno del Programa de Visitantes Iberoamericanos 2008 de la Fundación FAES de Madrid, España.  Ha dictado conferencias y capacitaciones en los Estados Unidos, España, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, México, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Perú, Uruguay y Venezuela.
